In September 2011, Michele obtained her PI licensed in Maryland. Michele is now licensed in PA, NJ, DE, and MD. Charlie is licensed in PA and De at this time. He holds an employee license in the State of New Jersey.  Both Michele and Charles both have current, up-to-date, Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearances and can work with minors. They both are certified to work with the Boy Scouts of America. They completed numerous classes on Professional Investigations and continue to keep their Continuing Education Credits up to date. Charlie attendes monthly classes held by the Insurance Society of Philadelphia earning CLE credits each time.  Michele and Charlie earn about 20-25 Continuing education credits each year taking various classes and seminars. They both given presentations at various events including but not limited to the Montgomery County Bar Association, Bucks County Paralegal Association, Montgomery County Paralegal Association and Philadelphia Paralegals Association meetings.

Over the past few years we had expanded our staff to include  numerous part time investigators as well as opened several offices. Jessica Hamilton has returned to run all our offices as our office maager. She will work some internal and external investigations for us in Pennsylvania as well as assist with service of process in Pa, NJ and DE.. She brings the passion of the job and the education of currently attending paralegal classes. A mother of one, she keeps the office, owners and investigators in check.
